What is a Caddie?
A caddie is a person hired to attend to a golfer. By providing services during a round of golf, a caddie enhances the overall experience of a golfer by keeping a good pace of play, easing the player’s pressure, and, often times, giving advice. Caddies can be hired as traditional or single bag caddies who cater to an individual golfer for a more 
personalized service, or they can be hired as forecaddies who are trained to keep up with the needs of a group of golfers. A traditional caddie almost always carries the golf bag and stays with the player continuously while a forecaddie will run out ahead of the group and provide services for everyone in the group. Traditional or single bag caddies can also be hired to attend to an individual golfer within a group of players.
Whosurcaddie.com Caddies:
We interview and train each of our caddies at Whosurcaddie.com. Our caddies are rated based on their experience, time on the job, and evaluations from their customers. We set up playing privileges with our golf courses for our caddies so they can continuously gain knowledge of the courses they caddie. Beginner caddies are given feedback and training regularly, often by our more experienced caddies who have either been on the job for several years or play golf professionally. As our caddies gain additional knowledge and experience on the job, they take on more extensive service packages that require more expertise. No matter what your golf outing is: a single player, a group of players, an individual player playing in a group; and no matter what your needs are: someone quiet to cover the basics, or someone with expert advice; we’ve got a caddie for you. The following is a list of the service packages our caddies are trained to provide. The fee is the cost for one caddie for one package per 18 holes, and does not include gratuity.
Traditional or Single Bag Caddie Packages:

This package is ideal for the basic needs of an individual player. It is typically provided by our novice caddies who have a fundamental understanding of the game. They are familiar with the essential expectations of a quality caddie and are working towards becoming expert caddies. The services provided under this package include the following:

This package is ideal for an individual player in a tournament or a competitive player who is looking to a caddie for an added advantage. It is offered by our more experienced caddies who have extensive knowledge of the game and of the course being played. This level of service not only provides the basic needs of a golfer as mentioned in the Par Package, it also adds to the individualization and personalization of the golfer and caddie relationship by including the following:

This package is for a group of players looking for the ultimate golf experience with a knowledgeable caddie who not only takes care of course maintenance needs, but also offers the group a competitive edge. This level of service combines a hassle free round, good company, and expert advice in one package to provide a group of players an added scoring advantage. Our most experienced caddies are trained to pay close attention to all players’ unique abilities and needs by offering the following:
