Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation By Customer:
   1. No penalty is charged if a customer cancels an appointment when both of the following conditions are met:
      1. The cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance by calling (760) 534-5961.
      2. Another appointment is made with the same caddie.
   2. If none or only one of the above conditions is met, then a 50% refund in the form of a gift certificate will be issued to the customer.
2. Cancellation by Caddie:
   1. No penalty is charged to the caddie if cancellation is made 24 hours in advance by calling (760) 534-5961.
   2. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, either of the following two consequences will take place:
      1. No penalty charged to the caddie if a replacement caddie is available AND customer approves of replacement caddie.
      2. Penalty of $15 charged to the caddie AND 100% refund to the customer if a replacement caddie is unavailable.
